Timothy Boyle
Timothy Boyle along with his brother Chis opened 16 Prospect Wine Bar & Bistro on September 6th 2001 and were deeply affected by the events surrounding the attacks of 9/11. Timothy has been an advocate for Veterans since he became active in supporting the 1-102nd Cavalry and has been recognized for his advocacy by the Cav’s fraternal association, the 117th Cavalry Association, as an honorary member. Mr. Boyle’s influence has made a difference in the lives of dozens of Soldiers in the New Jersey National Guard. As well, he supports social events like Casino night or professional development seminars for Cavalry leaders by assembling effective groups of volunteers to give of their time, talent and efforts.

Christine Truhe, PsyD
Christine Truhe is Founder of Bonds of Courage. Dr. Truhe was awarded the Patriotic Civilian Award by the Department of the Army (2004). She is a licensed psychologist specializing in organizational and career psychology. Dr. Truhe earned a doctorate in organizational psychology from Rutgers University where she served as adjunct faculty and Director of the Career Psychology Group. She is also a member of the Society of Military Psychology, a division of the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Truhe worked with AT&T and subsequently opened a consulting practice through which she addressed management practices, and executive and group leadership performance. Dr. Truhe has a Master of Science from the University of Southern California-Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Science from The College of New Jersey (then Trenton State College)-Health Education. She is based in Summit, New Jersey and is the mother of Lauren Sheehan, a Congressional Aid to Rep. James Renacci (OH), Washington DC and Michael Aros-Truhe, United States Army veteran of three deployments, two (2) to Iraq and one (1) to Afghanistan, and honorably discharged in 2007. He is now a Sergeant in the Connecticut National Guard. Michael is married to Kelly and they have one child, Kaylee. Dr. Truhe has received a number of awards, military coins and certificates for services rendered in support of members of the military through Bonds of Courage.

COL William F Morris
COL William F. Morris entered the Army as a Private in December 1984 as an M60A3 Armor Crewman and was assigned to a unit as a traditional drilling National Guardsman. He served in various tank crew positions until he attended Officer Candidate School in 1995. During that period he attended college and worked as an administrator in an automobile import manufacturer service department. COL Morris was commissioned as an Armor Officer and assigned as a tank platoon leader. In 1997 he was selected as the Active Guard/Reserve (AGR) Training Officer for 2-102ndArmor. Over the next 5 years he served in AGR full time positions as the Training Officer and then Battalion Full Time Supervisor while also serving as the liaison officer, S1 and tank company commander.
Upon selection for Major in 2004, COL Morris was assigned as the 50th IBCT S1 and deployed to Cuba as the Deputy J1 for JTF-Guantanamo. He returned to resume duties as the S1 as well as the IBCT Full Time Supervisor. In subsequent duties as the Assistant S3 and Plans Officer he prepared the 50th IBCT for deployment to Iraq, serving there until 2009. After returning from theater COL Morris transferred to the 1-102nd Cavalry Squadron. He served as the XO until late 2010 and as the NJARNG’s Assistant Chief of Staff until he took command of the Squadron in November 2011. He leaves command to begin his assignment as the 50th IBCT Executive Officer. He has an MBA from Regis University in Colorado and a BA in History from Thomas Edison State College in New Jersey. His military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal and Defense Meritorious Service Medal.
